Yes, you know the pain and I truly understand. However, listing the pain only reinforces the pain and doesn't release it. It is just affirming to your subconscious mind what it already knows and the law of Attraction goes to work and brings you more of the pain because it is what you think about most of the time.
You have to change the way you are thinking for you to see change in your life. Start with an attitude of gratitude in the way you think and everything around you. Gratitude is the key to your best life ever. The law of Cause and Effect says our outside world is a reflection of our inside world (i.e. how we think). The cause is inside and the effect is outside. The thoughts that you have most of the time will be reflected in the life you are presently living. You first have to change the type of thoughts you have if you want a different life.
Sometimes, actually all the time, life throws hard balls at us for us to learn, and life will keep throwing those balls until we learn. It does this out of love, it wants us to be so uncomfortable that we either change or die (stay the same). Unfortunately or fortunately we have the Divine Law (do unto others as you wish them to do unto you), The law of Karma (law of "every action has a reaction" / "what goes around comes around"), The law of Compensation and Law of Sowing and Reaping (you will always be compensated for your efforts and for your contribution, whatever it is, however much or however little) This will seem like a vicious circle.
We have to use our hardship for our benefit. The pain we endure is not meant to last but sent as a gift from our higher Self, inviting us to grow. You should always ask yourself, "what could be the meaning of this hardship?" It is not bad luck, the pain is simply to nudge you to do things differently. Clearly the way you have been doing things is not working and therefore you need to go inward to find a new way of doing. We have not been promised a life of bliss only. In this time-space reality we live with duality, up-down, left-right, negative-positive, right-wrong, etc. We are not meant to be too comfortable in one state. We have to embrace, allow and let go without any resistance. Whatever you resist, persists! Rather than resist, ask yourself: ‘What is the message behind my suffering? Am I listening to my higher Self or my ego (small self)?’ Then take action.
When you are rooted in your higher Self, the Self that is connected to the Super-conscious, Source, Universe, God, to everything That Is, you will be guided on the best path for you to take. At the same time, no pity-partying and comparison should be given much attention or energy, but rather focus on being grateful for the "seemingly little" you have. Gratitude is our doorway to success. When we come into this world, we come having made a prior choice of the type of incarnation we desire to experience. We come knowing our full power and potential, we know that nothing is impossible. We learn ‘impossible’ through our earthly interactions (parents, siblings, relatives, friends, community, government etc.) You come knowing that you can achieve anything you put your mind to, but because in the process we forget our true nature, we get then stuck.
Problems are there to move us from our comfort zone (the known) to the unfamiliar (unknown). Life is a process that is forever evolving and never in one place because that is how we grow. For growth to happen we must always move to uncharted (unknown) territories. If you find yourself in one place then you are not evolving. Life is like a wheel, it has to rotate for growth to happen. Look at a seed, if not planted in the ground we will never have a tree. Once planted, the seed has to die first (transformation) for it to bear a tree. We grow through pain.
